Playing

There has been some playing around these bloggy parts today.
Some changing, some tweaking, some adding and some removing.
A lot of fence sitting and a bit of panicking.
There has been talk of templates, designs, pod casts and buttons.
There is a lot of bewildered head spinning, a little head scratching and lots of re-reading.
I've joined Pip to do a bit of blogging and to drag myself out of the techno darkness that I live in.
Despite my empty brain it is very interesting - slow going for me but interesting.

So if you notice things changing around here, don't worry I'm just playing.

Lost & Found

LOST!

Bloggy Mojo

Been missing since Christmas.

If found please return to Jenny at Ohjoh.

Found!

Found at Amitie with the help of Lucy & Meg and my little girl - the beginnings of a new quilt.

Hope you've all found yours and are chugging along happily through the new year.

Cheers

Jenny

Bad, bad blog etiquette

No, I'm not on my high horse about to blast someone else for poor behaviour from the pedestal of my blog (something about pot and a kettle comes to mind).

Oh no!!! I'm confessing!
I am the bad blogger.
The rude and insensitive person who never posted their 2010 apron swap!
What!!! Jaw's drop, eye's widen.
"How could she??!! How Rude!!!"
I hear you tut-tutting from here and I'm dropping my head in disgrace.

I meant to. Honest!
I don't know what happened exactly but posting my swap didn't.
So in an attempt to save face and to apologise to Momtaz (who has probably forgotten all about that rude Australian) here is the little apron that she made for me in last year's apron swap.
And she said she doesn't sew and it was her first attempt. Not bad! My girls love all of the bling!
And she also included a cute little brooch that she makes which my girls quite fancy too!

Thanks Momtaz and I'm so sorry for being so very rude and slack and just a basically bad mannered blogger.
I hope you're cooking up a storm in the little pink number that arrived from me.
So to all, I promise I will try my best to be a good girl in the future and remember my manners.

Sincerest apologies and happy blogging
Jenny

One market done ...

Mulgrave Makers Market - done!
A lovely day. Well done to Sue and Fi for organising it so well.
Not looking at the sewing machine for another day or two .... then starting it all over again for the next one on Nov 28th.
If you're in Melb come on down - it will be big!

PS How do some of you girls keep on top of the whole blog thing (note it's Wednesday, the market was Sunday and I'm just updating now)? I'm hard pressed to get a weekly (well, sometimes fortnightly) post done. Is there a secret ? Are your children fed? (joking of course!!)
